What does the "Gold" setting mean on my MultiServe?

The "Gold" setting is the SCA certified Golden Cup setting which brews the coffee according to the SCA standards.
For brewing in this way you must use a paper filter (cone shape #4) and choose the correct amount of coffee using the supplied measuring scoop.
